Job summary

SuppCo is seeking an exceptional product designer to own end-to-end design across mobile and web, tackling the hardest surfaces and shaping the design system. You will work closely with senior design teammates and the Head of Product in an AI-accelerated environment.

You’ll drive the membership and commerce experiences, connect SuppCo with Function Health products, and push for craft and consistency at scale while maintaining hands-on involvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience shipping consumer mobile products.
• Self-sufficient: set your own process and run research when needed.
• Experience evolving design systems with real adoption evidence.
• Exceptional craft with typography, layout, motion and detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design across SuppCo’s mobile and web surfaces, including IA, flows, interactions, and polished UI.
• Lead and mature the design system, ensuring consistency and scale for a fast AI-accelerated engineering team.
• Identify and optimize critical funnels (onboarding, activation, retention) for impact.
• Present design decisions clearly to founders, exec team, and stakeholders, with rationale and trade-offs.
