Job summary

Everyday Health Group is seeking a Senior Product Designer who thinks in systems, not screens. You’ll shape design across our consumer brands, from health content to subscription products, and work with AI to accelerate production while focusing on framing the right problem.

You’ll own design end-to-end, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Editorial, Analytics, and Sales, and help evolve our design system. A strong portfolio and ability to navigate ambiguity are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing digital consumer products (web, app, newsletters).
• Portfolio showing problem framing and reasoning, not just polished mocks.
• Fluent with AI design and research tools used daily in workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own design across Everyday Health Group’s portfolio of consumer brands, with varying depth across brands, from problem framing through shipped experience.
• Explore multiple directions for a problem before committing and bring a point of view on brand or product direction.
• Use AI to generate options, prototype fast, and decide what ships.
• Analyze user testing with AI and surface patterns to inform design decisions.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Editorial, Analytics, and Sales/Ad Ops to frame problems before solutions.
• Design solutions that work across devices with a mobile-first mindset.
• Translate business goals into specific, testable design questions.
• Contribute to and evolve our design systems, maintaining tokens and shared variables.
