Job summary

C3 AI is seeking a Product Designer to shape C3 AI applications and support our design system. You will work with designers to understand customer issues, craft innovative solutions, and deliver products enabling fast, accurate business decisions.

You design with AI as a core input, use data to inform decisions, and bring craft and detail to every project. Your portfolio should show strong craft, design principles, and experience with scalable design systems across multiple products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in human-computer interaction, graphic design, or related field.
Strong understanding of design systems and UI/UX principles; experience designing products and design systems preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and pixel-perfect execution.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment; accessibility knowledge preferred.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with design and product leadership to refine design concepts, evolve our design language, and bring new ideas to life.
Prototype designs with AI and present them to stakeholders.
Document design concepts.
Collaborate with the entire design team to deliver high-quality experiences.
Promote design insights and drive the adoption of design best practices across the organization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
