Job summary

SuppCo, now part of Function Health, is seeking an exceptional product designer to lead hard design challenges and set the standard for how design works. You will own end-to-end product design and own the design system across AI-accelerated engineering efforts.

You’ll partner with the Senior Product Designer, report to the Head of Product, and shape a new membership and commerce experience that unifies SuppCo and Function Health products with strong craft and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• A portfolio with typography, layout, motion and detail.
• We will look closely at the pixels.
• Design systems experience with adoption and governance.
• Think in flows, information architecture, and end-to-end journeys.
• You can present clearly, with problem frames and tradeoffs.
• Commerce, subscription, or transactional design experience.
• AI fluency and ability to leverage AI tools in design.
• Self-sufficient, can run research and own work in ambiguity.
• You want to stay hands-on and influence product design.

Responsibilities

• Design the product across mobile and web surfaces end-to-end.
• Own and evolve the design system to scale with the team.
• Optimize critical funnels from onboarding to activation and re-engagement.
• Design the membership and commerce experience and partnerships.
• Connect SuppCo and Function into a unified journey.
• Deepen the core experience: daily stack management and AI-guided discovery.
• Present design decisions clearly to founders and execs.
• Ground design in evidence from research and analytics.
• Design AI-native experiences including SuppIQ and discovery patterns.
