Job summary

Mobi is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape agentic experiences for travel brands, designing across web, apps, messaging and AI assistants to turn traveler intent into bookings.

You will own end-to-end design, run discovery with customers, iterate quickly, and help build a scalable design system while collaborating with product, engineering and sales. This role offers in-office or hybrid work with leading travel brands.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership of B2B2C or enterprise products.
• Track record of taking products from zero to one that launched and scaled.
• Experience designing agentic interfaces (conversational or voice).
• Hands-on with customers, partnering with brand teams to apply guidelines to new surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design across the platform from concept to shipped product.
• Lead discovery, interviews and usability sessions with travel brands.
• Shape conversational flows across web, apps, messaging and voice.
• Design governance tools for AI-generated content approval and publishing.
• Create configurable, white-label experiences for different brands.
• Prototype quickly and iterate using data and feedback.
• Build and evolve Mobi's design system and patterns.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales and customer success.
