Mobi in the United States is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the AI Discoverability product, partnering with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver technically advanced AI-powered solutions.

You will own the product lifecycle from strategy to launch, translate customer needs into clear requirements, and guide the team through fast-moving AI landscapes while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or similar
• BS in a related field; master's preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of technical trade-offs and system complexities
• Ability to build working AI demos independently

Responsabilités

• Define product vision and roadmap for MCP App product.
• Collaborate with engineering and design for end-to-end development.
• Translate customer insights into clear requirements for speed and velocity.
• Document best practices and repeatable AI processes for team-wide use
• Build trust-based relationships with customers and advocates internally
