FloQast is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for major features, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design to deliver high-impact work. You will shape AI-driven experiences, drive strategy, and mentor junior designers while maintaining a polished, enterprise-grade design system across FloQast.

Responsibilities include creating concept designs, high-fidelity prototypes, and detailed specs for engineering, while using qualitative and quantitative data to ground

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping high-quality, complex SaaS or enterprise products.
• Robust portfolio showing visual design, interaction design, and strategic thinking for data-heavy apps.
• Expert with modern design tools (Figma) and AI-accelerated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to own end-to-end design for major features and offerings.
• Define end-to-end design strategy from conception through launch and iterations.
• Design for AI with intuitive, trustworthy experiences to reduce adoption barriers.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, foster design excellence, and align teams.
