As a lead individual contributor, you will partner with product and engineering, mentor other designers and align customer needs with business goals, technical constraints and strategic roadmaps across the HighLevel

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience with 2+ years in a leadership or design-direction capacity.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systematic thinking, customer empathy and impact.
• Proven experience leading data-informed design across the full lifecycle.
• Experience designing for AI-driven interfaces and scalable design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy and execution for one or more product pillars.
• Partner with product and engineering to shape vision and priorities.
• Influence leadership decisions through customer empathy, data synthesis and rationale.
• Drive usability, accessibility, interaction quality and design-system alignment.
• Mentor designers and improve critique and shared patterns.
• Define and socialize metrics for design quality and impact.
• Lead complex discovery and design work through ambiguity within a defined scope.
• Collaborate across US and India time zones in a 100% remote environment.
