PadSplit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape experiences across our two-sided housing marketplace.

You will lead end-to-end design on a growth-focused product team, tackling meaningful problems for members and hosts to make housing easier to find, access, and provide affordably. You’ll collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data partners to design intuitive, human, and scalable experiences, including AI-powered features, while contributing to the company’s design system and

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years designing digital products, ideally in marketplaces or complex acquisition funnels.
• Strong research abilities and comfort engaging with users to uncover pain points.
• Ability to connect design decisions to metrics, revenue, and business outcomes.
• Experience designing multi-step processes, complex service environments, and edge-case-heavy workflows.
• Expertise in UI/UX design across web and mobile with a design system.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Experience designing AI-powered features and leveraging AI tools in design.
• Collaborative and mission-driven approach

Aufgaben

• Own End-to-End Product Design – lead from problem definition through prototyping, launch, and iteration.
• Simplify Complex Experiences – turn complex workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces.
• Conduct User Research – interview and observe members and hosts to inform product decisions.
• Drive Product Strategy – partner with PMs to identify opportunities and tie to business outcomes.
• Experiment & Iterate – use data and feedback to test assumptions and improve experiences.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – work with PMs, engineers, marketers, operations, and data teams.
• Craft High-Quality UI – build responsive interfaces in Figma using the design system.
• Build AI-Infused Experiences – prototype intelligent workflows with AI teams.
