PadSplit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape experiences across its two-sided housing marketplace. You will own end-to-end design from problem definition to iteration, simplifying complex workflows and aligning design outcomes with business goals.

You’ll conduct user research with members and hosts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and craft polished UI in Figma. Expect growth, experimentation, and AI-powered workflow design in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing digital products, ideally in marketplaces or complex funnels.
• Strong user research abilities and comfort engaging directly with users.
• Ability to connect design decisions to metrics, ROI, and housing economics like occupancy.

Responsabilités

• Own End-to-End Product Design – lead from problem definition to launch and iteration.
• Simplify complex experiences and turn marketplace dynamics into intuitive flows.
• Conduct user research by interviewing and observing members and hosts.
• Drive product strategy with PMs to connect customer needs with measurable outcomes.
• Experiment and iterate using data, feedback, prototypes and tests.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, marketers, and data teams.
• Craft high-quality UI in Figma with PadSplit’s design system.
• Build AI-infused experiences alongside engineering and AI teams.
