Job summary

Unify is building the first AI-native outbound platform where agents and sellers work side by side. We enable revenue teams to identify buyers, enrich accounts from 40+ sources, and execute personalized multi-channel outreach from a single AI-powered workspace.

You will bring new products from zero to one, owning a large engineering scope and laying the technical foundation for scale in a rapidly evolving field. Expect to work with cutting-edge AI tech on a tight, high-velocity team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Customer-obsessed, creative and hungry; able to translate ideas into deployed engineering solutions.
• Independent yet highly collaborative; willing to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Shape our product roadmap and engineering foundation with a collaborative team.
• Build new products using TS, Prisma, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse and LLMs.
• Lay the engineering groundwork to scale the team and business.
