Job summary

Unify is building an AI-native outbound platform to empower revenue teams. You’ll help grow our GTM motion by building systems that identify buyers, enrich accounts from 40+ sources, and enable multi-channel outreach from a single AI-powered workspace.

You’ll combine technical execution, data analysis, and experimentation to turn opportunities into scalable workflows. Build internal tools, work with APIs and AI models, run growth experiments, and ship end-to-end projects that improve efficiency

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools and automations for GTM workflows
• Work with APIs, data sources, and AI models to enrich and analyze account and prospect data
• Develop systems for identifying, scoring, and acting on buying signals
• Run growth experiments and measure their impact
• Improve the data infrastructure and workflows used by sales and growth teams
• Ship projects end-to-end and iterate based on results

About the role

Work with Unify's GTM team to build and improve the systems that power our growth motion. You’ll combine technical execution, data analysis, and experimentation to identify opportunities and turn them into scalable GTM workflows.
