Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead a workstream within the PxD team, partnering with researchers, technologists, and product managers to deliver AI-first experiences. You will mentor designers, craft end-to-end designs, and ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and actionable specs.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in product design, advanced Figma skills, and experience with AI-enabled design and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic/UX/product design or related field with 3+ years of experience; or a master's with 2+ years experience.
• A portfolio showing end-to-end product design: problem framing, interaction design, visual craft and outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, components, and design system contribution.
• Regular use of LLMs in your design process and AI-assisted design tools (Claude, Cursor, Figma Make).
• Experience designing complex, data-heavy or workflow-driven products and delivering in Agile teams using Jira.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; travel up to 80% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Design lead for a workstream, framing problems and writing specs for engineers.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with researchers, technologists, and product managers.
• Use AI to accelerate framing, options, prototypes and synthesis while ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Own day-to-day client relationships and present to engineers, product owners and stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development pursuits and practice-building activities.
