Job summary

EY’s Financial Services Organization seeks a Product Design Manager to lead end-to-end design for AI-first, human-centered products. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, shape design standards, and balance quality with delivery economics across client engagements.

Role requires leading governance, mentoring designers, and contributing to business development. Location is New York, onsite with travel up to 80% in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in design with progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• Experience leading design on complex or regulated products.
• Portfolio showing craft and outcomes.
• Ability to direct and grow other designers.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design delivery across client engagements as Product Design Manager.
• Run multidisciplinary teams of designers, researchers, and technologists.
• Own experience quality and engagement economics for workstreams.
• Shape design standards, tooling, and AI usage within practice.
• Support business development, mentoring, and training delivery.
• Lead workstreams, budgets, and resource planning.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to RFP responses.
