Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Product Manager within the PxD Team of FSO Technology Consulting. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities, apply AI-enabled methods for discovery, and translate insights into high-impact products for global financial services clients.

You will partner with UX, architects, data/AI specialists and stakeholders to shape product roadmaps, define business requirements, and deliver value with responsible AI and rigorous validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field; 3 years’ progressive experience or a Master’s with 2 years.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools or methods to support product activities with human review of outputs.
• Proven delivery skills including issue/risk identification and client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Define and launch products and services for large global organizations with multidisciplinary teams.
• Synthesize research, identify unmet needs, develop requirements and support product decisions.
• Prioritize backlogs, manage roadmaps, and coordinate teams to release quality products on schedule.
• Advocate for users throughout the product lifecycle and ensure responsible AI practices.
