Job summary

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to build high-fidelity interfaces, design systems, and intuitive flows for a global audience while pushing the boundaries of AI-enabled design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Fine Arts
• 7+ years designing consumer-facing digital products
• AI-native builder shipping working software via AI tools
• Portfolio with large, complex features and mobile focus
• Expert in Figma; comfortable reading/writing/shipping code with AI tools

Responsibilities

• Design major features end to end from concept to launch with product managers and engineers
• Create high-fidelity, approval-ready designs and polished micro-interactions
• Develop user flows, design systems, and IA to improve the member journey
• Prototype in working software using AI tools; iterate quickly with feedback
• Collaborate with growth and product teams to preserve design intent through implementation
