Job summary

UNIS is seeking a Product Designer to own key areas of our web and mobile applications. You will design new features and improve existing ones, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Research.

You will employ AI tools to speed up research while maintaining your final quality and judgment. The role requires strong interaction and visual design skills, accessibility expertise, and 3–5 years of product design experience, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional agile teams and

Qualifications

3–5 years of product design experience launching new features and improving existing web or mobile applications.
Strong interaction design, visual design, and accessibility skills.
Advanced Figma experience and AI-assisted design workflow.
Experience in cross-functional agile teams and strong communication.
Must be able to speak Chinese fluently.

Responsibilities

Lead design for new features across web and mobile, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
Own existing product areas and improve them over time by fixing usability issues and updating older designs.
Work with Product and Engineering to define requirements and balance new work with product improvements.
Use customer feedback, usability testing, and analytics to guide design decisions and measure results after release.
Use AI tools to speed up research synthesis, early concepts, and prototyping, while reviewing and refining all output yourself.
