EY is seeking a Senior Product Designer in Washington, DC, to lead AI-first design for financial services applications. You will shape end-to-end experiences, frame problems with clients, and iterate using LLMs and AI-assisted tools.

You’ll mentor peers, contribute to design systems, and collaborate across agile teams with Jira in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a strong portfolio in complex, data-heavy products, travel up to 80% regionally, and a commitment to delivering

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UX Design, Interaction Design, Industrial or Product Design or related field, and 3 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.
Alternatively, will accept a master's degree and 2 years of work experience.
A portfolio showing end-to-end product design: problem framing, interaction design, visual craft and outcomes.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, components, and design system contribution.
Regular use of LLMs in your design process; comfortable with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools (Claude, Cursor, Figma Make).
Experience designing complex, data-heavy or workflow-driven products; Agile delivery with Jira.

Mansioni

Design lead for a workstream within a multidisciplinary team; frame problems with the client and write engineer-ready specifications.
Mentor junior designers and collaborate with researchers, technologists, product managers, and engagement teams.
Use AI to accelerate framing, options, prototypes, and synthesis while ensuring accuracy, accessibility, bias, and brand alignment.
Support business development activities such as pursuits and proposals and contribute to practice-building initiatives.
Communicate effectively with engineers, product owners, and senior stakeholders; manage client relationships day-to-day.
