EY in New York is seeking a Product Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver high-quality user experiences across engagements. You will shape standards, tooling, and AI-enabled design strategies, while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will mentor designers, drive business development activities, and contribute to the growth of EY’s PxD practice within FSO Technology Consulting. This role requires travel up to 80% domestically.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UX design, interaction design, industrial or product design, and 5 years of experience or a master's degree with 4 years experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading design on complex or regulated products with a strong portfolio.
• Experience directing and developing other designers and balancing multiple engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design delivery across an engagement with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders.
• Shape design standards, tooling and AI integration to accelerate work while ensuring quality.
• Provide coaching and feedback, pursue business development and contribute to training.
