Abby Care is seeking a Senior Product Designer in San Francisco, CA, hybrid role. You will shape product strategy at the intersection of UX, UI, and business goals, partnering with engineering and product management to deliver empathetic, efficient care solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX and visual UI craft.
• Demonstrated experience building or contributing to scalable enterprise-grade design systems.
• Data-informed approach using user research, usability testing, product analytics, and experimentation.
• Technical literacy with understanding of system architecture and front-end feasibility to collaborate with engineers.
• Exceptional storytelling and facilitation skills for cross-functional workshops.

Responsabilités

• Lead End-to-End Design from discovery to high-fidelity prototyping and delivery.
• Shape the product roadmap and define product success metrics in collaboration with leadership.
• Plan and conduct user research with family caregivers and synthesize feedback.
• Establish and evolve Abby Care’s design systems and component libraries for consistency and speed.
• Prepare clear design specifications and work with engineers to ensure feasible implementation.
• Mentor junior designers and optimize design team workflows.
