Job summary

ComPsych Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts in behavioral health and absence management experiences. You will partner with product managers and engineers to craft experiences with strong craft, guided by research and UX metrics.

The team will shape AI-enabled design processes while maintaining a deeply human-centered approach. You will own end-to-end design initiatives, drive a high bar for craft, and contribute to the evolving design system and long-term

Qualifications

• Own experience design end-to-end from problem framing through delivery and refinements.
• Demonstrated strong UX design craft and execution.
• Experience designing solutions in complex product domains.
• Track record of raising design maturity through mentorship or influence.
• Fluent with AI as a working tool: prototyping, research synthesis, and faster iterations.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives from discovery through execution, framing problems, researching, prototyping, and shipping with product and engineering.
• Raise design maturity of teams and champion user research and data-driven decisions.
• Leverage AI for research synthesis, prototyping, exploration, documentation, and reducing handoffs.
• Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into testable user outcomes.
• Collaborate with design peers, participate in critiques, and evolve long-term product vision and design systems.
