Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Audit Innovation Lead to join a small, specialized team at the intersection of audit expertise, product development, and AI. You will work closely with audit professionals and our engineering team to design and build the next generation of audit workflows.

This role focuses on rethinking traditional processes for an AI-driven future, translating real-world procedures into scalable product capabilities while ensuring rigorous standards and ICFR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with CPA license; or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• 8–10+ years of audit experience at a top public accounting firm.
• Experience auditing financial statements end-to-end and assessing ICFR.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit-related design and integration of AI-powered workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to translate processes into product capabilities.
• Engage with audit firms to map workflows, pain points and automation opportunities.
• Define edge cases, controls, and quality requirements for professional services workflows.
• Work with ML teams to develop AI agent capabilities to aid testing and evidence evaluation.
