Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a track record of systems-level thinking and launching consumer experiences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and user-centered thinking.
• Direct trust & safety experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to design for complex workflows and interactions.
• Ability to balance business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints in design solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, empathetic experiences that explain how safety policies and systems apply across the platform.
• Design for diverse audiences including young users, teens, adults, brands, and developers to ensure safe journeys.
• Collaborate with Foundation Design Systems to develop scalable patterns across safety features.
• Use data and research to understand user behavior, especially in moments of confusion or rule-breaking, to inform design decisions.
• Partner with policy, product, and engineering teams to ensure quality and strategic alignment.
• Help define the UX strategy and roadmap for flagship safety experiences on Roblox.
