Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a seasoned Lead Product Designer to provide senior-level design leadership across digital experiences. This lead IC will own complex design work from problem framing through implementation, partnering with Product, Engineering, Research, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations to deliver accessible, measurable customer experiences.

The role requires autonomy, broad ownership of design initiatives, and the ability to influence product direction.

Qualifications

• Led product design for complex digital products or journeys.
• Demonstrated product thinking and measurable outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and align stakeholders.
• Strong user research and data-informed design practices.
• Excellent facilitation and communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead experience design for features across app, web, and related touchpoints.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into design direction.
• Own work from problem framing through flows, prototyping, and implementation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape requirements and priorities.
• Use research and analytics to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
• Evolve design-system patterns and ensure accessible, high-quality experiences.
• Lead critiques and cross-functional sessions with clear rationale.
• Provide design QA and mentor other designers when appropriate.
