Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Sr. A&E Design Analyst for a remote role, supporting project delivery across healthcare, retail, and sustainable design.

The role requires collaboration with consultants and cross-functional teams to develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of interior design/architecture experience, strong Revit/BIM/SketchUp/AutoCAD skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Interior Design, or equivalent. A professional license is not required.
• Experience: 3–5 years in interior design, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Technical: Proficient in Revit, BIM software, SketchUp, AutoCAD; strong Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Bluebeam, MS Office; understand construction types, drawings, specs, materials; strong hand-sketching and presentation skills.
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative architectural solutions for healthcare, retail, and sustainable design projects.
• Produce ideation sketches, 3D visualizations, spatial renderings, and postproduction design work.
• Identify and resolve design/technical challenges with constructible solutions.
• Recommend materials, finishes, and construction methods aligning with standards.
• Coordinate and manage project documentation with strict version control.
• Track design milestones and provide stakeholder updates.
• Review millwork, shop drawings, and redline docs.
• Support project data management with tracking tools and databases.
• Prepare detailed project reports and design presentations.
