Qualifications

• 8+ years of end‑to‑end product design experience shipping complex, high‑impact products.
• A portfolio showing strong product judgment, systems thinking, and craft.
• Experience designing technically complex products with deep workflows and enterprise controls.
• Technical curiosity and fluency, including comfort working with AI systems and platform primitives.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, from long‑term vision to detailed execution.
• Relentless customer focus with domain expertise from research and data.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for alignment on ambiguous problems.
• High ownership and bias toward action to ship coherent experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define long‑term design vision for Rippling IT and its platform.
• Shape domain strategy and influence roadmap priorities.
