• Design holistic experiences for admins, security teams, CIOs, and employees.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to convert complex problems into simple experiences.
• Develop patterns that make Rippling IT cohesive across products.
• Use AI and prototyping to accelerate exploration and validate ideas.
