Qualifications

• 3+ years in a user experience design role
• Ability to create visually appealing and functional designs with industry tools
• Experience designing for web, mobile, and other digital channels
• Ability to translate data into actionable design decisions
• Strong understanding of inclusive design and accessibility

Responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems across products and platforms
• Apply information architecture and storytelling to improve navigation and findability
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement inclusive design and accessibility
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and insights
• Analyze market trends and user research to inform strategy
• Collaborate with other design teams on end-to-end journeys across cards ecosystem
