Job summary

You will lead end-to-end design initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into intuitive flows and interfaces, while mentoring junior designers and advancing fintech UX best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in user experience design or related roles.
• Experience designing complex B2B/enterprise or fintech SaaS products.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear artifacts.
• Experience with user research methods and applying findings.
• Proven ability to mentor junior designers.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute design/research for complex projects aligned with business objectives and user needs across multiple product areas.
• Apply information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs that improve navigation and satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, user research, and behavior to inform design decisions and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development processes.
• Simplify complex information into elegant user experiences.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and extract insights.
• Diagram UX flows, wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints within a domain.
• Ensure inclusive design practices and accessibility guidelines, mentor junior designers.
