Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large, enterprise-scale transformation programs in Life & Annuity/TPA environments.
• Proven ability to partner with CIO/CTO/CDO and business executives on delivery strategy.
• Deep knowledge of legacy policy admin systems, data-driven AI solutions, and modern delivery practices.
• Strong grasp of cloud migrations, integration frameworks, data fabrics, and AI orchestration.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large LifePRO®, TPA, digital platform, and AI-enabled transformations from planning to adoption.
• Provide technical leadership across architecture, engineering, data migration, testing, and deployment.
• Embed automation, analytics, GenAI, and Agentic AI into programs to realize business outcomes.
• Manage client engagements, governance, risks, decisions, and objective realization.
• Build and lead high-performing, globally distributed teams with accountability and execution focus.
• Drive modern engineering practices, reusable frameworks, and delivery accelerators.
• Oversee data integration, platform modernization, and readiness across the client ecosystem.
• Define a consolidated solution strategy across diverse applications to unify roadmaps.
