Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. seeks a Senior Product Delivery Associate on the Strategic Execution team to enable stable, scalable product delivery.

You will lead cross-functional work with product, operations, technology, and business leaders to solve complex challenges and drive strategic priorities across products, regions, and lines of business. The role supports the Payments Transformation initiative, focusing on efficiency, controls, client experience, and scalable solutions within the Payments

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or payments, consulting, product management, or a related field.
• Strong project and process management skills with a proven ability to drive execution.
• Experience with data analysis and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of the payments products, processes, and industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
• Experience in product deployment processes

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic transformation initiatives across the Payments organization.
• Manage project workstreams, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze business processes and data to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement with little oversight.
• Develop recommendations and present insights to senior management.
• Drive implementation of controls and governance activities.
• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
• Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
