Job summary

JPMorganChase in Jersey City, NJ seeks a Senior Product Delivery Associate on the Payments Strategy Execution team to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across products and regions. You will lead cross-functional efforts with product, operations, technology and business leaders to deliver value and enable scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, payments, or related field.
• Strong project and process management skills.
• Experience with data analysis and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives across Payments.
• Manage project workstreams, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze business processes and data to identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Develop recommendations and present insights to senior management.
• Drive implementation of controls and governance activities.
• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks.
• Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to risk, controls, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources.
