Responsibilities

• Leads analysis using process flows, screen mockups, data, use cases and other analysis tools.
• Advocates for high quality solutions via feasibility and cost/benefits analysis.
• Collaborates with engineering and business teams to ensure test coverage and requirements.
• Extracts, analyzes, and supplies data to assist decision-making.
• Defines scope of problems in terms of business and/ or system requirements.
