Fidelity Investments is seeking a Product Analyst to help product teams turn ambiguity into clarity. You bring product knowledge, data-driven thinking, and execution discipline to help teams make better decisions and deliver high-quality digital experiences.

In this role, you will frame problems as testable hypotheses, translate needs into clear requirements, and collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure integrity from the start. Onsite work model is being phased across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of business analysis or related experience, or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience supporting digital products through full lifecycle from discovery to launch and measurement.
• Strong business analysis fundamentals including process modeling, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Data fluency with hands-on experience using Excel, BI tools, or equivalent to generate insights.
• Systems thinking and ability to connect platforms, rules, dependencies, and customer impacts.
• Proven ability to form a clear point of view from evidence and refine as new information emerges.
• Strong communication and influence skills to translate complexity into action across teams.
• Sound judgment, ownership mindset, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools with a critical perspective on their benefits and limits.

Responsibilities

• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and release readiness.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve decision quality.
