Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related business field.
• 5+ years of analysis and product delivery experience.
• Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.
• Proficiency with REST API technologies, SQL, JSON, and Postman/Insomnia/Bruno.
• Analytical mindset for granular impact assessment and user stories.
• Data-driven decision making with data and intuition balance.
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to dive into code for analysis and support purposes.
• Understanding of application architecture and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis efforts using process flows, screen mockups, data, use cases and other analysis tools.
• Advocates for high quality solutions by performing feasibility and cost/benefits analysis.
• Develops positive relationships and champions a collaborative team environment.
• Extracts, analyzes, and supplies data to aid decision-making.
• Collaborates with engineering/business teams to ensure test coverage and requirements traceability.
• Asks the 'why' and the 'value' of new features to guide development.
• Defines scope of problems in business and system terms.
• Evaluates design for functionality, dependability and maintainability.
• Produces or maintains system feature design docs and training materials.
• Implements product delivery process efficiencies and best practices.
