Collective is hiring a Senior Product Data Scientist to shape the analytics backbone of the member platform. You will partner with product, engineering, Operations, Finance, and Go-to-Market to turn member behavior into actionable insights that drive the roadmap.

You will own metrics and end-to-end analysis, ensuring data quality, production reliability, and trustworthy insights that help self-employed members save time and money.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data science, product analytics, analytics engineering, or data engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, or a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong SQL and scripting for analysis and tooling.
• Experience building semantic layers or metric stores is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy with stakeholders and shape the roadmap.
• Lead product analytics across core product experiences.
• Analyze member behavior with segmentation, cohort, retention, and churn analyses.
• Define, build, monitor, and report product metrics end-to-end.
• Develop clean, tested datasets from multiple sources using a modern stack.
