Coalition, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to measure, understand, and optimize our cyber insurance business. You will apply analytics, experimentation, and modern statistics to improve the customer experience and grow revenue safely.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and insurance stakeholders to identify trends, prioritize opportunities, and translate complex data into clear strategic actions shaping roadmaps.

Formación

• 6+ years of analytics experience with product or revenue impact.
• Expert SQL skills with complex modeling and clear documentation.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and experimentation.
• Strong grasp of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and interpretation.
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) and building executive dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to explain technical work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional analytics projects across the customer journey.
• Support data analytics capabilities with context engineering and data analysis.
• Design and analyze experiments; establish test design and interpretation best practices.
• Define core funnel metrics and build automated dashboards for leadership.
• Synthesize findings from diverse data sources into actionable Narratives and recommendations.
• Develop scalable data models and analytics workflows to improve time-to-insight.
• Influence product and revenue leadership with data-backed recommendations and OKR tracking.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team coding standards.
