Job summary

Kamino is hiring a Senior Product Data Analyst to build and own the product data function across direct and institutional products. You will connect marketing, product, onchain and partner data to explain how customers discover Kamino and put capital to work.

This senior, hands-on role combines technical foundation-building with product and commercial analysis. You will design and evaluate experiments, create trustworthy data, and partner with Product, Marketing and Business Development to shape

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product analytics, growth analytics, data science, or analytics engineering.
• Expert SQL and strong Python skills for production data work.
• Experience building production data models and pipelines with dbt.
• Direct experience serving Product and Product Marketing for digital and platform products in the U.S. market.
• Proven ability to measure customer journey from acquisition to retention, including attribution and experiments.
• Strong statistical judgment for experimentation and causal analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the product data foundation from instrumentation to reporting.
• Explain the customer journey across discovery to funded activity.
• Measure marketing and growth with attribution and lifecycle programs.
• Measure institutional and partner adoption from integration to live usage.
• Turn evidence into decisions with experiments and clear recommendations.
