• 6+ years in product analytics or related field.
• Expert SQL and strong Python skills.
• Experience building production data models and pipelines with dbt.
• Experience serving both Product and Product Marketing analytics in U.S. market.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the product data foundation and analytics capability across direct and institutional products.
• Explain the customer journey from discovery to funded activity and retention across direct and partner products.
• Measure marketing and growth, evaluate campaigns and lifecycle programs against outcomes.
• Measure institutional and partner adoption from integration to live usage and expansion.
• Turn evidence into decisions with experiments and clear recommendations for Product, Marketing and Business Development.
