Job summary

Kamino seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead major initiatives across direct financial products and the institutional infrastructure that supports them. You will manage customer journeys, credit and vault infrastructure, integrations, and workflows for institutions and partners.

As a senior, hands-on role, you will shape priorities with leadership and drive initiatives from insight and prototypes through design, engineering, release and measurement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with senior ownership of complex financial products.
• Direct experience across D2C financial products and B2B/platform products with measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional product craft and design judgment demonstrated in financial journeys that improve activation/retention.
• Experience building platform capabilities, integrations or operator tools with engineers on architecture.
• Fluency in credit and investment products, including liquidity and risk considerations.
• Using customer research and product data to shape roadmaps across connected products and deliver measurable improvements.
• Excellent written communication and independent judgment, with clear product thinking for execs, designers and engineers.
• Daily fluency with AI tools and workflows to speed and improve work.

Responsibilities

• Shape product priorities by turning strategy and customer needs into initiatives.
• Improve the direct customer experience from discovery to repeat use.
• Build products for partners by translating needs into reusable capabilities and integrations.
• Prototype and validate ideas, including AI-assisted development.
• Own delivery and product quality from requirements to release, managing trade-offs.
• Stay accountable after launch with defined success metrics and continuous improvement.
