Job summary

Kamino is hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead major initiatives across the financial products customers use directly and the infrastructure institutions build on. You will shape priorities, align roadmaps, and work across customer journeys, credit and vault infrastructure, integrations and institutional workflows.

This senior, hands-on role requires technical judgment, product craft, and commercial understanding.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with senior ownership of complex financial products.
• Direct experience in both D2C and B2B financial products with measurable shipped outcomes.
• Strong product craft and design judgment shown in journeys that boost activation and retention.
• Experience building platform capabilities and integrations with technical collaboration.
• Knowledge of credit and investment products, liquidity and risk.
• Proven use of customer research and product data to shape roadmaps.
• Excellent written communication and independent judgment.
• Daily fluency with AI tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Shape product priorities across direct financial products and institutional infrastructure.
• Improve direct customer journeys from discovery to repeat use.
• Build reusable capabilities for partners and institutions.
• Prototype and validate ideas with AI-assisted development.
• Own delivery from requirements to release and manage risk.
• Define success metrics and iterate based on feedback.
