Job summary

Kamino is hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead major financial product initiatives for both direct customers and institutional users. You will shape priorities, own the customer and partner experiences, and drive end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams.

You will also prototype and validate ideas using working prototypes, including AI-assisted approaches, and define metrics to measure impact after launch. This is a senior, hands-on role with a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, including senior ownership of complex financial products
• Direct experience delivering both D2C and B2B/platform products
• Strong product craft and design judgment demonstrated by successful journeys
• Experience building platform capabilities and integrations for businesses
• Fluency in credit, liquidity, and risk considerations in product behavior
• Excellent written communication and independent judgment

Responsibilities

• Shape product priorities from strategy to initiative sequencing across direct and institutional products
• Own customer journeys from discovery through onboarding, position management and repeat use
• Translate institutional needs into reusable capabilities, integrations and operator tools
• Prototype and validate ideas, including AI-assisted development, before full builds
• Lead delivery from requirements through design, engineering, testing and release
• Define success metrics upfront and iterate based on customer feedback and data
