Fidelity Stock Plan Services (SPS) is seeking a Product Data Analyst to partner with product leaders, tech teams, and stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver data solutions for SPS products and services.

The role focuses on understanding complex data ecosystems, documenting data flows, and driving improvements across the organization through data-driven insights and collaboration. Onsite work model is in effect with phased rollout.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years in business analysis, data analysis, or product ownership.
• Superb communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience with data recordkeeping platforms, reporting systems, and application designs.
• Proficiency in data analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, OBIEE, Power BI).
• Deep understanding of data modeling and structuring.
• Solid experience with data stores, data lakes, data warehouses, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake).
• Experience with data governance and security standards.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with stakeholders and product/tech leaders to identify data-centric problems.
• Analyze and document current system behavior; define future state requirements.
• Communicate findings clearly through written, verbal, and visual formats.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources to form actionable insights.
• Analyze data movement in job flows to identify inefficiencies and dependencies.
• Apply dimensional, relational, and unstructured modeling to support data architecture.
