Fidelity seeks a Product Data Analyst within the Stock Plan Services (SPS) organization. You will partner with product leaders, technology teams, and operations to define, analyze, and deliver data solutions that support SPS products and services.

You will analyze complex data ecosystems, interpret data sets, and drive process improvements across the organization, leveraging modeling strategies and data governance to inform decision-making.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years in business analysis, data analysis, or product ownership.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience with data recordkeeping platforms, reporting systems, and application designs.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, OBIEE, Power BI.
• Deep understanding of data modeling and structuring.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with stakeholders to understand data problems and define requirements.
• Analyze and document current system behavior and future state needs.
• Communicate findings clearly in written, verbal, and visual formats.
• Analyze data movement to identify inefficiencies and dependencies.
• Apply dimensional, relational, and unstructured modeling to support data architecture.
• Document data lineage from origination to consumption.
