Job summary

ShopMy in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Product Builder, Shopper, to shape the post-launch shopping experience across personalization, curated feeds, and checkout optimization. You will collaborate across design, engineering, data, marketing, and brand teams to refine the experience, improve key shopper metrics, and scale engagement and retention.

A design background is highly valued, and you should be comfortable shipping tangible work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing products.
• Design background strongly preferred and valued.
• Comfortable getting into code when needed and shipping tangible work.
• Experience leading post-launch growth and measuring success.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition, scoping, delivery, and iteration of features to improve shopping experience (personalization, feeds, wishlist, onboarding, checkout).
• Partner with engineering and design to ship releases and improve velocity.
• Own success metrics for features related to adoption, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Serve as a central hub between engineering, design, data, brand, marketing and executives.
• Drive post-launch optimization with rapid test-learn-iterate cycles.
