ShopMy is seeking a Senior or Lead Product Designer who blends exceptional UI craft with a builder mindset. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to take ideas from discovery through polished, high-quality execution, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints every step of the way.

You’ll explore AI-assisted workflows, prototype solutions quickly, and contribute to the design system while ensuring accessibility and scalability across creators, brands,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in a startup or fast-moving environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design, visual craft, and product thinking.
• Experience designing across web, mobile, and responsive platforms.
• Builder mindset; enjoys solving problems beyond the interface.
• Strong product intuition balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Comfort with rapid iteration and ambiguity, knowing when to explore vs. ship.
• Experience creating prototypes to communicate ideas and validate solutions.
• Curiosity about AI-powered design workflows; Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable a plus.
• Excellent collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Design.
• Systems thinker focused on scalability, quality, and craft.
• Excited to contribute to ShopMy's mission and product.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery through QA and launch.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape strategy, and influence what gets built.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, product quality, and customer experience.
• Prototype and experiment to validate ideas quickly and reduce uncertainty before development.
• Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate design, QA, prototyping, and execution while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate in critiques and product discussions, providing thoughtful feedback.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
• Maintain exceptional craft and attention to detail from concept to launch.
• Stay curious about new tools and product patterns; help evolve how the team designs and builds.
