Job summary

ShopMy is seeking a Senior or Lead Product Designer to shape the future of curated commerce. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to move ideas from discovery through high-quality execution, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

You’ll prototype, explore opportunities with emergent AI tools, contribute to our design system, and deliver polished experiences for creators, brands, and shoppers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design in a startup/fast-moving environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional design, visual craft, and product thinking.
• Experience designing across web, mobile, and responsive platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process—from discovery through polished implementation, QA and launch.
• Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape strategy, and influence what gets built.
• Think beyond design deliverables to improve workflows, product quality, and customer experience for creators, brands, and shoppers.
• Prototype and experiment to validate ideas quickly and communicate concepts clearly.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging workflows to accelerate design, QA, prototyping, and execution.
• Collaborate in critiques and product discussions, raising the bar for the team.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and accessibility.
• Maintain exceptional craft and attention to detail from concept to launch.
• Stay curious about new tools, technologies, and product patterns.
