Job summary

WeBox in San Jose is seeking Product Engineers who can turn ideas into real products, fast. This is not a traditional Software Engineer role; you own the full loop from identifying problems to shipping solutions and driving business impact.

You will work directly with leadership to prototype, build, and iterate on high-impact initiatives across our marketplace, logistics, and internal systems. Expect AI-enabled tooling and rapid experimentation.
