Job summary

Kinexys is seeking a Senior Product Associate to drive development and optimization of products through user research, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced financial services environment.

You will partner with PMs and Sales Specialists to identify opportunities, write requirements, and maintain product documentation across domains, contributing to the future of our product offerings and customer success. This role is based in New York with potential hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, Payments or Clearing.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Experience or exposure to payment channels, connectivity and reporting concepts in an institutional or corporate payments context.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager and Product Sales Specialist to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market.
• Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
• Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
• Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
• Maintains product documentation across capability domains.
