Job summary

Kinexys seeks a Senior Product Associate to advance development and optimization by leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating across a leading financial organization.

In this role you will partner with the Product Manager to identify opportunities, craft requirements and epics, map journeys, and influence the strategic product roadmap through discovery and data-informed insights within JPMorgan Chase’s global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the product development life cycle.
• Experience with discovery and requirements definition.
• Growing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Experience with payment channels, connectivity and reporting in corporate payments.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities from user research and discovery.
• Plans upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience.
• Supports collecting user research, journey maps, and market analysis to inform the roadmap.
• Analyzes product metrics across the development life cycle and tracks time, cost, quality targets.
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support development.
• Maintains product documentation across capability domains.
